The original book—and whose English translation you hold in your hands—is entitled Kishti-e-Nuh. It’s the work of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, who was the Muslim Reformer of the 14th Century Hijrah as well as the Promised Messiah and Mehdi. (More details here.) It was published on October 5, 1902. The original book cover—it bears a combination of phrases Arabic and Urdu as well as a drawing of an ark—is reproduced below, preceded by its English translation:
Kishti-e-Nooh

God has revealed to me, by way of these Quranic verses:
Prepare the ark before Our eyes, in accordance with Our instructions. Those who take the religious pledge at your hands truly take the religious pledge from Us. It is God’s Hand that is above their hands.
If you embrace the ways of belief and demonstrate your gratitude to God for providing means for your salvation, why would God afflict you with tribulation?
Climb aboard this Ark of Noah, whose setting sail and anchoring is in the name of God.
Today, there is none but God Who can save you from His decree. Only His mercy can save you.

This book—this heavenly vaccination—has been prepared for my jamaat in connection with the plague.
The soul of the world has been shattered by the plague; This isn’t merely a plague, but a fierce storm.
Hasten to seek shelter in our ark; Because this ark is from the Omniscient God.
